Dear Reader –         
   It is truly my pleasure to welcome you the FUSION Mind – Body – Spirit informational website.   FUSION is a concept.  It is a feeling.  Every one on staff is here for a reason.  We are here to help guide individuals toward a more balanced lifestyle. We challenge you to begin hearing and interpreting the messages your body is sending you. What is working for you is usually working loud and clear, just as what is not working usually does so equally loud and clear. Even though human beings can choose to ignore or deny the quiet messages being sent, the quiet messages always evolve into much louder and more apparent situations as time passes. For example, sciatica does not start out as the burning, droning pain from hip to toe. It can begin to manifest as a dull ache in the behind. Carpal tunnel can begin as a tingle. Poor nutrition can be either inherited as it also can be the result of eating out of anxiety, depression, or convenience. 
   These examples are all attributes of hectic and unbalanced lifestyle. However, whatever the matter, you can investigate your wellness and begin finding your answers. Every one of us has messages our body communicates to us constantly. Interpreting the realistic and satisfactory answers is unique to every person. 
   Each individual on the FUSION staff decidedly lives mindfully and with purpose. We know first hand that change is a process; especially if it is a change in a thought process. It is rarely, if ever, completely comfortable, but is always completely inevitable. 
   Our mission is to really examine your hopes and goals when experiencing a treatment or service, so that we might travel with you down the avenues of resolution. It is with great honor and respect that we invite you into our studio to experience FUSION Mind – Body – Spirit for it’s extensive and somewhat eccentric service menu, its thorough array of exceptional products, or as a comfortable safe haven to brush off your day. 
   As I close, I shall leave you with a south asian expression of goodwill used upon meeting and parting. It recognizes the “equality of all, and pays honor to the sacredness and interconnection of all, as well as the source of that connectedness.” Translated, it is interpreted as, “I honor the spirit in you that is also in me.”

Crickett (Christina) Cimino is the founder of the Fusion Concepts organization and Founder of the INVOKE Artistry by FUSION makeup team. 

            Crickett, graduated Von Lee International School of Aesthetics in 1993 as a licensed makeup artist and again in 1994 with a certificate and license in Esthetics, as well as Photography Makeup, Bridal, and Paramedical Camouflage makeup techniques. 

While attending TowsonStateUniversity in 1994, she received an internship with the Walt Disney World Company in OrlandoFlorida, which led to a position in the Magic Kingdom Entertainment Department and the Spa at the Disney Institute simultaneously.

In 1997, after an injury concluded her chapter in entertainment, Crickett relocated to Boston, Massachusetts to study clinical massage therapy at the Massage Institute of New England.  While refining her skills in massage, she kept busy as a freelance artist and skin consultant, lending her talents to various designers for runway shows during Boston Fashion Week  from 1997-2001.

 Upon graduating, Crickett returned to her home town of Baltimore, Maryland to begin her freelancing practices of Massage Therapy, On Location Makeup, and Clinical Aesthetics in the Plastic Surgery Field.   Working with the Doctors Roger Friedman and Douglas Foreman in Bethesda, MD was certainly an exciting opportunity for her, as was the opportunity to join the staff of Von Lee School of Aesthetics as Evening Makeup Director and Post Graduate Educator. 

Crickett frequented Los Angeles, CA and other locales from 2000-late 2001 assisting with on set massage therapy and offering her talents in aesthetics and waxing. Alas, the call of the east coast was strong and in 2001, in light of world events, she decided to remain an east coast resident. 

In 2002, Crickett Cimino met her now husband and put her primary energies into beginning a family.  They welcome their daughter, Victoria Grace in 2003and their son, Vincenzo in 2005.  During this time she worked some freelance in local spas but for the most part was enjoying marriage and motherhood.

Around July of 2006, a strong urge to work more overcame Crickett and FUSION CONCEPTS was born.  She founded the FUSION organization as a means of bringing a West Coast attitude toward wellness and healing spas to the east coast.  As a resident of Westminster, she decided there was no better place then her neighborhood to construct the studio.

FUSION CONCEPTS is the parent company of FUSION Mind Body Spirit spa studio and INVOKE artistry by FUSION makeup team.  FUSION Concepts is a comprehensive idea devoted to bringing balance into the hectic lives of contemporary individuals and industry professionals alike.

Since opening Fusion MBS in March 2007, Crickett has returned to Von Lee to teach the part time evening aesthetics and makeup arts program.  She is looking forward to watching all of the projects she is involved with grow and blossom by, “...healing the world one massage at a time”.
